COOPER VISITS AT THE NYS VETERANS HOME IN MONTROSE
Cooper and his handlers, Lou and Diane Bonita, met with Katie Kourakos, Director of Recreation at the NYS Veterans Home at Montrose this week. They had a wonderful visit.
